As a first time buyer I am extremely impressed at the quality of customer service Treviño Auto Mart provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Tristan who was extremely helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I did make an appointment on their website before arriving and had the opportunity to take a glance at the information on the vehicle of my choice, which made the test drive process quick and efficient. During the approval and signing process, I also felt so comfortable and confident in my decision all thanks to Alex (the financial advisor) and Mario. They truly explained the entire process as well as gave me options on the insurances. I am beyond grateful to this team for their help, guidance and for being genuinely kind to me and my family.
